Who we are

What we collect
- Application details you submit — name, email address, phone number (optional), primary market, capital range, deal experience, and free-text responses on our application form.
- Account and product data — if you become a Flip Labs member: login email, course progress, and data you enter into the platform.
- Basic technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) used for security and to keep the site working.
How we use it
- To review your application and contact you about it.
- To provide and improve the Flip Labs program and platform.
- To send you text messages only if you gave SMS consent (see below).
SMS / text messaging
If you check the SMS consent box on our form, FLIP LAB LLC may send you marketing and informational text messages at the number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Your SMS consent and phone number are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are used only by FLIP LAB LLC to message you.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that run our platform (hosting, customer relationship management, email and SMS delivery), and only so those providers can perform services for us. They may not use your data for their own purposes.
Cookies & tracking
This site uses only essential cookies and basic server logs needed to operate securely (for example, keeping members signed in to the platform). We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share browsing data with ad networks.
Data security
Your data is protected with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and stored with reputable hosting providers that maintain industry-standard security controls. Access to personal information is limited to authorized personnel who need it to review applications or operate the platform.
Retention & your choices
We keep application data while it is relevant to evaluating or serving you. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing admin@fliplabs.us.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date. Use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
